Prize Redemption Procedure:

Prize Pick-Up Hours: Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm
(Business hours may vary due to holidays, please call regarding holiday hours.)
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to office closing time to allow for paperwork and winner verification.

If you are a prize winner:

1. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised by the Radio 104.5 studio to contact the Radio 104.5 Promotions Department the following day to receive explicit instructions of our prize redemption procedures. The number to call is 610-784-3333

Online Contest prize winners will be notified via phone by the Radio 104.5 Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize. ALL Prizes are picked up at our studios.

2. You will have to come to the Radio 104.5 offices during normal business hours (M - F from 9am - 5pm) to pick-up your prize. *The Radio 104.5 business/promotions office is not open on weekends and holidays.

3. The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form.

4. Once you have completed filling out your paperwork, please notify the receptionist and a member of the Radio 104.5 Promotions Department will come out to assist you.

5. Please bring one form of picture identification (required).
**If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize**

6. The Radio 104.5 Promotions Department will verify that you are the winner and you will receive your prize.

7. Along with your prize, you will receive a document informing you when you are eligible to win again from Radio 104.5. If you do not receive this document please ask the representative from the promotions department to give you a copy of it.

Follow US-1 South to the Roosevelt Expressway (stay in center lanes)…Merge onto the Roosevelt Expressway and follow to I-76 West (The Schuylkill Expressway)… Take I-76 West to the City Avenue Exit (exit #339)… At the bottom of the ramp, make a right onto City Avenue… The first light will be Presidential Blvd. Make a right onto Presidential Blvd and 111 Presidential will be on your right hand side. - ONLY ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD EVERY THIRTY (30) DAYS. IF PRIZE EXCEEDS $100 DOLLARS IN VALUE, TIME INCREASES TO (NINETY) 90 DAYS.

For example: If you win a prize valued $100 dollars or more, you are only eligible to win again after 90 days have passed. If you attempt to win/or win again before the 90 days have passed you will be disqualified and the prize is automatically forfeited.

- ALL PRIZES NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE WON WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS WINNERS ARE OTHERWISE NOTIFIED.

- IF PRIZE IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE WON, YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERED A CONTEST WINNER AND MUST ADHERE TO THE RULES OF ELIGIBILITY.
