The Philly Naked Bike Ride returns this Saturday, August 24th at 5 pm. The annual nude bike ride through the streets of Philly has previously been held in September but rescheduled for August in hopes of warmer weather. If you've not rode or watched the ride before,'bare as you dare' is absolutely no joke, as hundreds (Maybe over a thousand?) of naked bike riders take over the city for a 3 miles show ride!
Last check the exact bike route had not been publicized, but riders are have been advised to park in the 19103 zip code, which I believe represents Rittenhouse. (Note - the ride will not start at the Rock Garden)
For those of you riding, have fun! I applaud your nudeness...err boldness! For the rest of you, take proper steps to observe or proper precautions to avoid!
